Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Bogey Boys Affiliate Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward our community for sharing and promoting the brand in an authentic way.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older and have a valid, active method of receiving payment.
  • Bogey Boys reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any application or affiliate account at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time.

Program Participation

  • Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share.
  • Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your code or link.
  • Affiliates must promote in a legal, respectful, and transparent manner in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Commission & Payments

  • Commission rates Boys determine commission rates and may change over time. We’ll notify you of any updates.
  • Commissions are only paid on completed, non-returned transactions.
  • Commissions will clear and be paid out 30 days after the associated order has shipped.
  • Commissions may be withheld or revoked if we determine sales resulted from fraudulent, overly aggressive, or non-compliant tactics.
  • All commission payments are subject to verification.
  • Bogey Boys reserves the right to delay or withhold commissions during any investigation of potential violations.

Taxes

You're considered an independent contractor. Bogey Boys is registered in Washington State and, per IRS regulations and state law, we’re required to issue a Form 1099-NEC to any affiliate who earns more than $600 in a calendar year. You’re responsible for handling your own tax filings.

Promotional Guidelines

  • Use only current Bogey Boys logos, product names, and brand assets provided.
  • Keep all content on-brand — fun, playful, and inclusive. Avoid profanity, hate speech, or derogatory language.
  • Posting discount codes on coupon or deal websites is strictly prohibited unless given prior written approval.
  • Paid advertising (search, social, display, retargeting, etc.) using your affiliate code or link is not permitted.
  • No spam — all email or SMS promotions must be sent only to opt-in lists and include a clear unsubscribe option.
  • Comment spamming, bots, or other deceptive traffic-driving tactics will result in removal from the program.
  • License to Use Your Content

By tagging @bogeyboys, using #bogeyboys, or otherwise sharing affiliate-related content, you grant Bogey Boys a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, and repurpose your content across our marketing channels. You retain full ownership and may request the removal of specific content with reasonable notice.
